TS Vilnius UAB was established in 2009 as a car maintenance company. Today, our main activity is the repair of Tesla electric cars. 95% of our customers contact us after an accident and entrust us with comprehensive claims management, covering a very wide range of services: from customer consultation over the phone to car repair in our workshop, i.e. full preparation for safe and comfortable operation. Our services meet the needs of both natural and legal persons. The latter account for more than two thirds of our customers. Our services, both consulting and service, are flexible and easily adapted to the needs and expectations of each customer. The core of the TS Vilnius team is a team of professional people. Each employee is a specialist in his or her own field, which is why we are able to provide the highest level of service. Our experts have many years of experience in dealing with insurance companies after traffic accidents and in representing clients' interests; repairs are carried out by skilled automotive technicians who continuously improve their knowledge through training, and who use reliable equipment and tools, as well as quality materials.

Our story

In the first years, TS Vilnius operated on the principle of supervision and quality control between drivers and insurance companies and car repair shops. The company's aim was to take care of the car in such a way that the customer would spend as little time as possible and would not have to bother with choosing a garage, finding parts or arguing with the insurer about the amount of the claim after an accident. Over the years, we have gained many great partners because we have always looked for the best and fastest specialists to repair our customers' cars. We have acted as auditors of the quality of the repairs - our meticulous attention to detail has earned us the trust of our customers. By ensuring high quality of service, TS Vilnius has established itself in the market. To control the repair process even more closely and demandingly and to guarantee the quality of our services, we have opened our own workshop: we carry out a wide range of bodywork repairs and painting, electronics and programming work, measurements with certificates for expert examination, help with insurance claims, and specialise in the repair of Tesla cars.
